R-10 Heat & Air specialist Christian Watson came out again this year to check & clean our Heat Pump system & again was very thorough & very professional & likeable. We highly recommend Him & R-10 Heat & Air.

This company did not stand behind their warranty. I paid R-10 $717 to fix 2 problems with my outside ac unit. Loud noise from the unit and no longer cooling. They came right out made the repairs. I was pleased with their service that day. Two or three days later, the noise with the unit started up again. They came out a second time, but could not stop the noise saying they would have to return again with correct hardware, screws, bolts, nuts, etc., to secure the unit to prevent the noise. In the meantime that day they put a brick, they found in my yard on top of the unit to stop the noise. They came out a third time and said they could not correct the noise and left the brick on top and said they would have to talk to the owner about what to do. A couple of days later, the owner called me and said they had done all they could do to correct the noise, but they could do further diagnostics for additional money. I rejected that idea and after a couple of heated conversations the owner of R-10 agreed to send me a refund check for $300 and told me to never call R-10 again. I did receive the check promptly. I cannot recommend this Angi pro. I my opinion Angi needs to delete R-10 from their pro list.

Chris from R-10 came, fixed my AC, and didnâ t try to sell me a new system just because my system is 22 years old. It works perfectly but there was a mold issue. That has been mitigated and I will be calling R-10 from now on.

Jerry Gomez was my service technician. His knowledge of HVAC systems is impressive. He was an excellent diagnostician and solved my problem. Company "p" came out the day before and tried to sell me a new system. Jerry fixed my problem for under $400 and I got a discount on that price when I signed up for bi-annual service agreement. Excellent experience

Jeremiah was extremely knowledgeable about my A/C system. He answered all my questions and explained issues with the failed fan. I will use them again.

We hadn't had our AC unit serviced in a few years, so I was nervous about it's condition. R-10 came out to perform a routine service on it and did not try to upsell us on anything. They were very professional and accommodating when scheduling the appointment and pleasant to work with!

The technician and the customer service is lacking. The customer service is rude and the technician did not do what he said he was going to do because my system is still leaking.

They didnt have the correct furnace unit and had to come back 5 hrs later then didnt clean our ducts properly. if we hadnt challenged them they would not have came back the next day to finish it. seemed a little overwhelmed because it was getting on a bit in the work day. decent people but make sure you have your specifications correct before they start. luckily we had people at home the next day so didnt lose work time.
