 + -1 moreHe has good communication skills. He will give good discounts if you have lots of work or extenuating circumstances. He is pretty flexible and will call me when he gets there to let me know what they are going to be doing. He has done a pretty good job. He has been an inspector for my house. He found everything that was not done correctly and has corrected them.
