Mid February of this year two representatives from Quick Roofing stopped at our house. Their names Austin Johnson and David Nguyen, For some reason I guess they were just in the neighborhood and stopped and asked my husband if it were ok for them to inspect the roof. For some reason my husband said yes. Both went on the roof and did whatever, came down and told us the roof had a lot of damage and actually showed us several pictures of a roof just like ours. There was a lot of damage. He said they would be happy to fix it. of course they would. Because I couldn't go on the roof myself I called our insurance agent and asked their advice BECAUSE the roof had just been totally replaced 6 months prior. We have a very expensive metal roof, I texted Austin and asked him to send the pictures he showed us and he said he would. Our insurance company sent out an inspector who went up and inspected the roof. NO DAMAGE AT ALL. This was a total scam and I'm not sure why they would do it because they had to know we would contact our insurance company for an inspection. Needless to say I never got the pictures either. For myself I would never use this roofing company.

I have a unique and problematic sunroom that I had fixed 3 different times by 3 different companies in the last 10 years. When it recently started leaking again, I found Quick Roofing. I am so happy I found them. They took the time to examine the roof and after some planning, installed a new roof that far exceeded my expectations. They thought outside-the-box to insure that my leaks were stopped for good. Not only is their work superior, but their personnel who worked on my roof (Russ and his crew members Eric and Carlos) are really friendly and really seemed to care about solving my problem. Large crew on the hottest day of the year. While they attempted to finish in 1 day, it stretched slightly into 2 day. Carlos, my contact, was personable, efficient, and responsive to all calls and questions. Very pleased.

I am very confident that what I say now would be said after it's through. They are an outstanding organization. They have very reputable credentials and highly recommended by insurance carriers. I'm in a little situation. They are great professionals period and high quality. I went to the website, and I was looking at several companies on the website and decided on Quick Roofing for the simple reason. They were not only recommended by the local, but insurance companies and that was unusual because insurance companies try to stay away from recommendations. But this group is recommended by the insurance carriers and that's part of my main reason for picking them. They came out Friday with the analysis. I'm going to have my whole roof redid on the 18th of this month. We met and signed all the contracts and claims. So, everything is confirmed all, but the work itself been done and that will start on the 18th. I'll give them a high recommendation as I said earlier, now and then on the completion for the recommendation and the qualification that they carry period. They are quality good, they are real quality. I decided on the completion of everything, where just the figure itself is about $16,000.The price is competitive, what happened with myself it's real quality. I am not just getting a regular roof; I am getting a high-quality shingle which is priced, I'm coming out of my pocket because my insurance will cover only the standard. I'm getting high-quality which cost more, but instead of a 30 year, you get lifetime plus I'm going to get a discount with my insurance company. They don't give discounts on the regular roofs. I might pay a little more in the beginning, but through the process, I'm going to end up paying less and that's a good thing period. I always look for the future. I don't look for immediacy period. Give me highly protection for my roof, anything can happen. There is nothing that man can happen. There is nothing man can put that can't be destroyed. But this is the high possibility of taking damages period and that's what I bought, I bought high-quality. The price is competitive, I'm quite sure some could have gave me the same thing at a better price, but I went with what was recommended. Definitely, without any hesitation, I will use again.

Roof inspection was very comprehensive. I only needed some minor repairs, which were done quickly and their estimate was much lower than another one that I had received.

Cody discovered that the insurance adjuster was incorrect or had a typo about our shingle quality. The adjuster completed her paperwork saying I had 25 year shingles, Cody @ Quick Roof told her they were 30 year. He documented the shingles and sent pictures to the adjuster and got that problem straightened out. The install went well and was completed in the time frame promised. While I have had to pick up some shingles and nails, the crew did a better job than I imagined at picking up the debris. Since the install, we have had 2+ inches of rain multiple times and 80+ mph straight line wind (April 2017) and everything is in great shape. This was my first time as a homeowner to have to deal with replacing a roof and Cody made it as easy as possible. Call around and get your quotes, but you will be pleased if you call Cody Durham with Quick Roof. They are local out of Kennedale and offer a 7 year warranty.

They did a really great job and were really responsive and did the job well. The workers were very courteous and professional. They did a great job overall and they did high quality work.

From the first day when we had an inspection, until the job was completed, I felt we had made the correct choice in choosing QR Roofing and Cody Durham to replace our roof. Cody kept us completely informed along the process. We felt so comfortable with Cody handling the project, we left town while the roof was replaced. After the work was completed, he came back for our inspection together. And I have seen him twice since then, making sure we are totally satisfied with the job they did.

It was an excellent experience and the roof looks great! Cody was very informative and helpful and explained everything. He took care of all the roof, gutter, and skylight issues and everything was completely cleaned up after the job was finished.

Every aspect of the job was exceptional, from talking with insurance company to evaluate initial condition of roof all the way though the replacement and site clean-up. Everyone was professional and responsive. The men who worked on the roof were knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. At the end-of-day they picked up and removed all trash, nothing was left on-site. Will most definitely use them again.

Quick Roofing is the only company I would use when it comes to my roof. They are the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with and manage the job from beginning until the very end.

The price was average, from what other people told me. First of all, they put my roof on the neighbor's house. Then, they came and did a terrible job on my roof. It was wavy. The end alignment was not flat and therefore the roofing was not flat. The flashing did not cover the holes that were there and I had to get another company to fix. I called them four times. They came out once and the guy looked at it and then he left. The other times, he never responded to my calls or requests or emails. So I had to get other people to fix what they did wrong. I was totally disgusted. I had paid the co-pay, which normally a lot of people don't pay the insurance co-pay. I felt guilty. They just totally ignored me and blew me off. They were unprofessional. It cost me $750 more to have somebody else do the work that they should have done.

I have loved the service so far. They have been so professional and helpful in setting up this job. I thought their estimate was very fair. I will add more to this review once they complete the job.
