We were really pleased. They were very professional. They came out when they said. They did good work. We would recommend them. We did a lot of checking and they seemed to be right in the ballpark. We did not have a single problem with them.

The measurement and installation both went well. The Anderson windows are much more sound proof than the old windows we'd had and the Anderson sliding door is very nice. We had leakage of water into the inside tract of the sliding glass door, 11 months after installation, but none of the rain water went over the track and onto our flooring. We had to call three times to get a call back regarding the water issue and the man who first measured for the door and windows came out to look at the door and he said he thinks it's normal, but if it happens again and it's worse, to contact them. We were concerned about the water leaking into the inside track because that had never happened with our old sliding door which we'd had for over 18 years and we didn't to risk our new flooring being damaged.

I used Burris brand replacement windows: energy efficient vinyl, double glazed w/Argon gas, single hung. Quarles arrived on time. The supervisor and installers were courtesy, professional and did a wonderful installation job, including a beautiful trim job around the new windows. They came prepared with the needed lumber and knew how the trim should be installed for a very attractive appearance. They insulated very well around the windows and the clean up was exceptional. The windows have been installed for too short a period of time to rate their summer/winter comfort level, but I expect they will perform very well based on the references I called prior to installation. They look beautiful ad operate very smoothly. All references gave glowing references for Quarles and Burris brand windows.

We replaced all windows in our 100 year old Ryan Place home this summer as part of a full renovation of the house.
As part of that effort, I was looking for low maintenance, energy efficient, aesthetically pleasing windows. After working with Jeff Campbell at Quarles, I settled on the Eagle line of Anderson windows. I particularly liked the anodized aluminum exterior of the window which allowed us to match (almost perfectly) the house trim color. I've had Anderson windows in the past and had a preference for them - the Eagle line lives up to the Anderson reputation in all regards.
Lead time was about 6 weeks for the windows and we worked to a mid July install date that didn't move once set. Jeff was a regular visitor to the house during renovation and kept us advised of window status thru the whole lead time on delivery. We had a few challenges related to replacing a the front door (another review forthcoming) and Jeff worked with me and my contractor as we worked thru the challenges of changing door, door frames, and floor simultaneously.
Window installation was lead by Chris and 3 person team. I found them to be fast, efficient and quality conscious. They had all windows installed in two days but it took a few more weeks for the final trim and color matched caulking to arrive and get done.
The final installation is one we're proud of. I'd recommend Jeff, Chris and the entire team at Quarles for a new install of windows. This wasn't a cheap effort, but I've looked at lesser cost installations and I'll take ours any day.

Jeff talked to me at length, and came by twice for measurements and to work on the best solution for my needs. He drew up cost estmates for various options, walking me through all my choices, until we reached a decision about what would work best. When it turned out I would need one window completely rebuilt, he put me in touch with someone who was able to take the project on, and he met with him to solidify the options. Quarles only provided the window panels on this job, but they will be installing another window for me soon. I have enjoyed working with them.

The work was done on time and completed as contracted. The windows took several weeks to manufacture and deliver because they are custom made, but this was noted up front and is typical for this type of window. Workers were on time, cleaned up afterward, were very friendly and professional. A very good job overall.
