Qualityscape

The estimator was very professional.  I got estimates from three companies, and decided to use QualityScape.  They were a week late starting, but with spring rains that's to be expected.  However, they did not send anyone that we (Englich only) could  communicate with.  The man who gave the estimate said they would sit down with me  prior to starting work and we would work out the final agreement of the type of system I wanted.  That didn't happen.
I didn't want the standard "grid system" installed.  I wanted the higher "pop-up rotator" sprinklers at the corners.  They installed a grid.  I wanted the control box on my patio, they installed it on my storage shed at the far end of the yard.  They cut an electical line, despite me telling them it was in the yard.  They sent an unlicensed electrician to fix the line, and he just wrapped it in tape and buried it.
Phone calls to the company were never returned.  We didn't pay them.  I finally sent a certified letter to get their attention.  That resulted in some of the corrections being made.  Again phone calls were not returned.  So, we sent a partial payment.  Finally they came back out and fixed the rest of what they could.
The end result is that it took 3 days to install the wrong system.  It took two months to get any changes made, and I still have a system that is not what I wanted.
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It's a good company & they are well known locally. I had a problem with a couple of things but they fixed those problems right away, which was good. The people they're having out to mow this year are particularly good as well - They're good about not cutting it too short so it doesn't burn out.

Qualityscape comes to my home and cuts the bushes and provided landscape maintenance and inground sprinkler repair.  The quality of their work is very good.  Communication is poor due to a language barrier with the workers.  I feel the services are also a little expensive for the work performed.
