This Company owned by Gary Harris and his Son, Tim Harris, completely ruined our 2600 Sq ft of tile flooring, in our brand new home. We chose Saddle Brown #59 grout and we ended up with a white chalky colored grout....which The owners would not and have not replaced...the tiles have many chips out of them as well as the tiles are so mis-cut and not level...they also, dud the shower tile work in both bathrooms and they are so poorly cut..looks like a drunk monkey cut and installed them...we have been in our house 3 months and have had to hire a lawyer as Gary Harris will not honor his work as he has his money....do not use them! RUN..$19,000 Estimate to remove tile and re-install. Ten penny nails were used as spacers. ..see pics
