This company originally installed our wood floors and carpet when our home was built. Now, nine years later the carpet needs to be stretched and we would like to add additional wood floors in some of our rooms. Jim Seller, the owner of Quality Custom Floors had a "falling out" with our builder at some point, months after our home was completed, but WE never had any disagreements with him. I would have liked for the same company to install our additional wood floors (and stretch the carpet), but even after making several calls to Mr. Seller, (the answering message says his name) he has not had the courtesy to return our calls, even if to tell us that he doesn't service our area anymore. Our wood floor that Mr. Seller's company installed IS beautiful, and in his defense, I think our builder can be somewhat difficult for contractors to deal with, but, this unresponsiveness to potential new business shows unreliability and disinterest, and I certainly would not want his company starting a job in our home and leaving it unfinished.
