Appointment was made. Service Tech arrived on time and stayed 50 minutes. He was very polite. Service call $49, labor and parts were $50. Total $99-this was for the first call. Came back out 2nd time, no charge for service call, $36 parts and labor. All seemed reasonably priced.

WE HAD TO WAIT A BIT AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THEY WERE THOROUGH IN FINDING EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THE DRYER. APPRECIATED THAT THEY CHECKED OUT WASHER, BUT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE HE TOOK TIME TO UNDERSTAND OUR COMPLAINT.
