This was the first time I purchased a home on my own and from the beginning Al was truly professional yet easy to talk with. Throughout the process he was available, either taking my calls directly or returning calls in a timely way. I never felt like I was 'out there alone.'
Al explained everything in layman's terms for my understanding; successfully negotiated my concerns with the seller's agent; provided leads to inspectors, home insurance agents and utility companies; and he facilitated the closing so I could complete the process out-of-state.
For such a complex process with so many variables and people involved, Al made it seem easy.
