It was fine until it rained. There is a leak between roof and gutter. I contacted company rep and set a date to check out problem. The day arrived and no one showed up. Next I contacted company and left a message about my issue, the call was never returned. Next I contacted the rep again through text message. Once again a date was set for someone to check out the problem and once again no one showed up or even contacted me about missing the appointment. I have never had a business be this disrespectful.
