Showed up on time (which is a biggie for me), and gave me several options and varying price ranges on what sort of surround sound system and speakers they would install. Once we agreed on a system and price, we set a date and they showed up precisely on the day/time agreed and went to work. The owner and another gentlemen did the work and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got an Onkyo TX-NR636 7.2-channel home theater receiver with Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth®, sub woofer, center channel speaker and 4 wall speakers. The speakers were mounted inside the wall both behind the TV and across the living room. The TV was hung, the wires were hidden, the sound was balanced and it looks AMAZING!! I wish I had before and after pictures to show how they turned my living room into a show place that can easily produce theater sound. Before leaving, they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of their work. Plus, the owner Dustin Owens gave me a detailed in-service on how to use my new equipment and made sure I was comfortable with all the new technology before leaving. To have a company come out and give you the best system for your space and save me from having to guess what I need inside a big box store really gave me piece of mind. Finally, not only does it look amazing, but the sound is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this company.
