They quoted the best price for the large job. This is mainly a foundation repair company, but foundation repair can lead to some nasty plumbing repair, so they started a new plumbing company. I was an early plumbing customer, and they didn't have everything together for doing building permitted work in the city of Dallas yet. The overall quality was good, but getting the work passed by the Dallas inspector was a nightmare and delayed our project by over 3 months. Their excellent master plumber was frequently called off on bigger jobs. The replacement plumbers were poor, and one quit after showing up.
