We used this company for weekly full service pool cleaning. The quality of work started off good, but then dropped off over time. Our issues were- very little communication, never knew what had or hadn't been done to the pool. At one point we fixed some tile ourselves and left the pool level down so grout could cure. We emailed and called the owner so he could tell his tech NOT TO FILL THE POOL...it got filled anyway with the hose left unattended! Cleanings were not super regular, set day was Friday but multiple times there was some issue and it wouldn't get done until the following week. Very expensive for low quality of service!

Terrific experience. I did not have good experience with the company that installed my pool and needed an extensive initial cleaning and chemical service upon returning home from an out of town trip. I called scott Friday night, he was there on Saturday and has been super responsive. This company now takes care of my pool weekly.
