I actually have been using them for about a year because the other guy that I have used for like 10 -15 years went out of business. They come once a week but when I need them for them to come another time, they come again. They'll charge you for that but they'll work with you to do it, like when I had a party or something and I want it to look good that day. They don't keep too much flooring in it but enough flooring in it so it's not over coordinated. They just do it right.

I used this companies service for about a year and a half. In the beginning the owner, Kevin, asked for a service agreement to be signed and wanted a credit card on file. That was a red-flag that I should have paid attention to. I told him there was no reason for him to have access to my credit card and would pay him monthly by check. He agreed and we modified the agreement to reflect that no credit card was required. During the first month of service his workman replaced filter elements in my new filter without getting my approval before hand and I was charged the additional costs. I believe this is why he wanted to have his customer's credit card numbers available. I explained how this type of practice was not acceptable to me and he promised to always call before performing additional work which he did do in the future. You would think this would be standard practice but for this company it is not. Throughout the period of time I used this company there were constantly instances of them wanting to charge extras. Algea treatments or something similiar that were not included in chemicals he provided. There were many times that I had actual minor repairs that were needed or upgrades to equipment that I wanted. When it came to these situations (re-attaching a tile for example) then he was not responsive. He would promise to have someone price it but would never get around to it. It would have been more professional to just admit that he did not want to the work. My experience with this unprofessional and unskilled company came to an end when out of no where Kevin or his wife started calling and hassling me to pay my bill. At the time it may have been 2 days late so I was surprised he was making a big deal out of it. He was upset once again that he didn't have a credit card so he could just charge it when he saw fit (and probably add extra charges again). I reminded him that when I signed up for his service he agreed, and signed off on an amended contract, that a credit card would not be provided. He must have forgotten I got him to sign off on the change to the contract or felt he didn't need the business. I had finally had enough of his unprofessional attitude and cancelled my service. I hope that since then he has improved his service and worked on his attitude with his customers.

"we at Pool & Spa Xpress are very customer oriented we take pride in our customer because we know that is important in business , to address [member name removed] report well for one we do not replace anything with out customers authorization at all , we do require a credit card on file that is company policy reason why most of our customers pay their monthly service with a credit card saves them time and it also gets paid by its due date as well , our service is set up to be payed by the 15th of every month not the first and not the end of the month. we put in two weeks of service in to show good faith that we are reputable company and that we are going to show up to do the service . basically meeting our customers in the middle but with that said [member name removed] was generally late each month and again the due date is the 15th which states in our service agreement that is signed by the customer and we did give leeway with [member name removed] we did not harass him at all we sent out a friendly reminder to him . we never recvd payment for the month so we canceled his service for non-payment to which like any other company would do the same thing and as for the other charges he said we charged well again as it states in the service agreement signed by the customer or [member name removed] in this case that if mustard algae is in the pool and gets out of control a specialty chemical is required which is not part of the regular chemicals used since mustard algae is immune to chlorine which requires a special algae treatment to be done again all this was covered and explained in the service agreement that [member name removed] signed and not to mention we also go over this with the customers as well before service agreement is even signed . as for the tile work he mentioned we did provide [member name removed] with an estimate to re-tile the whole pool because as we explained to him with that much tile that is falling off it would better to re-tile the whole pool instead of doing a section at a time just because it would be more costly that way than doing the whole pool at one time , [member name removed] did not like the estimate which is fine and I left it at that we provide a great service we are reasonably priced and we have many customers that could vouch for the service we do provide"

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE IS EXCELLENT. THE OWNER OF THE STORE GOES WAY BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED. HE TESTED MY WATER AND GOT IT NICE AND PRETTY IN NO TIME.
