+ -1 moreTechnician very knowledgeable. No issues with toilet cut off. Tub drain leaks when lever is up. He worked on the lever and made adjustments. There is still some leakage, but I am currently researching what needs to be done to correct.

+ -1 moreJust after Thanksgiving in 2016 there was another backup. Pinnacle come out and got the line cleared that day. Shortly afterward I scheduled them to come out to run a camera down the line to find out why the backup kept happening. They determined that the line was had become clogged (like clogged arteries) and performed a service to flush out the line. So far so good.
Description of Work: We had a recurring problem with the sewer line backing up.

+ -1 moreThe work was originally scheduled on the day when tornadoes hit this area and had to be rescheduled. They were very professional and came out the next day. Because the bricks on the front of the house were wet, we were concerned this was going to be a big job that could cause damage to the bricks. We were so pleased that the outdoor faucet head was replaced without any damage to the front of the house.
Description of Work: The outside faucet in the front yard was leaking, causing the bricks on the front of the house to stay wet. The faucet was replaced.

+ -1 moreTHE MEN WHO CAME THE FIRST TIME WERE RATHER UNPROFESSIONAL. IT MAY HAVE BEEN BECAUSE THEY CAME ON THE HOLIDAY. THE MAN WHO CAME THE SECOND TIME WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF I COULD HAVE HIM DO THE WORK. HE ALSO TOOK A LOOK AT MY KITCHEN FAUCET AND HE CLEANED IT OUT BECAUSE THE SLUDGE FROM THE OLD PIPES HAD RUSTED OUT.
Description of Work: THE WATER TANK IS ELECTRIC AND IN THE ATTIC. THEY HAD TO COME ON THE HOLIDAY AND THEY ALSO HAD TO COME A SECOND TIME. THEY REPLACED THE WATER TANK.
