Home Inspection
He was polite and professional, arrived on time, provided copy of report on site with a binder that contained other helpful information to homeowner. During inspection did not mind me following around and asking questions. The only bad part was when I called later and did not receive any responses to my phone calls. I called multiple times and also e-mailed, so I do not see why they could not respond. This is particularly a pet peeve of mine, so when calls are not returned or e-mails answered I lose confidence and trust in the service. It was not due to opportunity that they were not responsive, eventually I just gave up. In the future I will use a different provider if I have need of a home inspector, simply because I like responsiveness.

"UNFORTUNATELY THE MEMBER'S PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS WERE NEVER RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE, THAT WE ARE AWARE OF. WE RESPOND IMMEDIATELY TO ALL CALLS AND E-MAILS WITHIN THE SAME DAY IF OUT OF THE OFFICE. I DON'T RECALL A SINGLE TIME WHEN YOU COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF DONNA OR MYSELF. WE CARRY CELL PHONES AND FORWARD THE OFFICE PHONE WHEN OUT OF THE OFFICE OR NOT AVAILABLE TO ANSWER. WE NORMALLY ANSWER THE PHONES 24/7. I'M SORRY THE MEMBER NEVER GOT A RESPONSE AND APOLOGIZE DEEPLY. THIS IS TRULY A VERY ISOLATED INCIDENT."
