They did a good job.  It turned out really good.  They sent two crews and they were gone within about three hours.  They left everything neatly done.  They were very reasonable.  They came when they said they would.

Mr. Phillips who is the owner/operator of the business, made an appointment with me to meet at my home to give a free estimate.  He was prompt and presented himself in a very professional manner.  I had 2 other companies come out to give a bid as well and I let him know this and he was aware that he was not the only company bidding job however, in comparison his knowledge in experience (working in his field for 32 years) was evident after he explained his quality of workmanship.  Mr. Phillips offered and advised that I contact his previous customers who did in turn give great reviews.  He took great care in making sure all of my furniture, carpets, floors, and personal belongings were well covered before starting any work.  He was prompt, timely and professional from start to finish and highly recommend his company.  Jerry Phillips is an on site owner which to me made all the difference in the world in the quality of his work.   You can tell he takes pride  in his work and demonstrates a high level of customer service and seem to have a genuine passion in his work.
