This company is clearly in decline. I was a loyal customer who spent $100/month for 7 years. I gave them more opportunity to make it right than I should have. If I had the time I would take them to small claims. I hope they can get their act together.

This was my first time buying swimming pool filter cleaning service through Angie's list.



I paid $100 in advance.



A guy showed up today and he cleaned the filter (D.E.) and told my wife that we got to replace the filter.



He charged us $300.  Therefore, we end up paying $400 (=$100 +$300) for the service.



I think  he should have charged us $200 only because I paid $100 in advance.



I won't buy Deals on Angie's list in the future.

They did a FABULOUS job!!   It was worth every penny!  My pool looks cleaner than it has in a long time and the water look so clear.  I am so glad I called them!!  I will call them in the Fall to winterize the pool, and I will ask them to come back out next Spring to clean the filter again.  I just want to mention that they were all so personable, and they definitely aren't trying to take your money or make you do something that isn't needed.  This is a very nice family business and they have good people working for them.  I would most definitely tell you to call them!

Both the folks in the office and the repair staff are good to work with.  The prices are OK. The work was completed in a timely manner.

We called them and he came out. He fixed an outlet that had gone bad. He didn't even charge us for it! He said if we have other problems to give him a call

Service Tech, Mr. P.J. Pearson, is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He is friendly and has a very good business/work ethic. There were complicating issues that required much more time and work than anticipated, but he stayed with it until the system was up and running. This company is very highly recommended.

P.J. and Pete were on time, extremely polite and personable. They were very thorough in explaining what was being done and why. We asked them to schedule our pool for weekly service. This is one item that we no longer have to worry about. They are a Benbrook local, family run business who take the time to treat us like a valued customer.

PETE PEARSON IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN OUR POOL EQUIPMENT, WHICH WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
