From the professional quote process to getting the work completed, everything was explained, all questions answered and the work was done without a hitch. Once the work started, it was finished the same day and they did a very good clean up job. I am extremely pleased with the finished roof and it was a pleasure to work with Patrick and his team. Plus, they guarantee their work for 5 years.

Terrific! They speed in which they did it, the quality of work, the owner was on site all the time to ensure they are doing a good job. The cost and the way they handled the insurance was good. I would use them again.

We contacted several roofing companies to provide estimates to replace the roof and gutters as part of an insurance claim. Patrick's was very responsive and fair in thier price. Once we signed the contract the work was started almost immediately. Since we were also going to have the house painted between having the roof done and the gutters replaced, the job was split and Patrick was very cooperative in working with us to have this done. The only problem we had was when it came to providing payment. Patrick practically demanded we pay him even before he left the house after the roof was complete. We thought we wouldn't have to pay until the complete job, including the gutters were done and the mortgage company completed an inspection. There was a hold up on the payment from the mortgage company. In our opinion he was being unreasonable and unprofessional through the ordeal. Things ended up working out and we are satisfied with the work performed. I would recommend Patrick's Roofing but suggest that everything is clearly communicated and contracted before the job is agreed on.

Patrick's is very consumer oriented. All calls were promptly returned, appointment times that were set up for estimate, delivery of material, and date for work to begin and end were adhered to. All employees and owner of this company were courteous, friendly behaving in a professional manner. Workmanship was excellent and cleanup was immaculate. Had a couple of very minor problems which Patrick corrected on the same day I called. Call this company for roofing needs and you won't be sorry. We plan on having them install new gutters after we have our house painted.

Went very smoothly. Shingles and supplies were delivered at said date and roof was done on expected date. All workers and staff were courtious and professional. I expected a mess afterwards (from a previous experience with another company), but I was very pleased, no mess was left and no damage done to plants below roofline. The roof looks wonderful, beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Patrick and his crew and will hire them again if needed

Salesman Kenny provided estimate to my wife. Kenny kept his appointment and was on time. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be done and the history of the company. I was impressed with the information he left for us to review that included the company mission statement. I made two other calls to get bids and both companies were one to two weeks before they could come to the home. Kenny was there within just a few days of the call. One estimate I received from another company indicated that the cost would have to include a 40% increase for the price of materials due to recent demand. Kenny indicated that they were not experiencing such increase in material cost. Due to other priorities, I asked that the work not be performed for about 2 months and Patrick worked to my schedule. The complete job was finished in less than a day. Patrick was on site several times to check progress and keep me informed. The Crew lead Marcus spoke English and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While during the construction it was messy, the clean up was thorough. My only recommendation is that past contractors have used tarps to cover flower beds to catch debris. This could be of help in future jobs. However, with the wind blowing as much as it did the day of the job, it may have proved to be a bigger issue. Overall, the roof looks better than it has in the 30+ years in the home. The final cost of the roof was higher than the estimate. However, Patrick only charged what was originally estimated. Not many companies would have done this.

Patrick was very professional and worked with me on the price and the schedule for getting the job done. Overall it was an excellent experience.
