I tried snaking drain on my own and thought I had it but it quickly stopped draining altogether.  Another plumber who didn't do drains referred me to Randy, he was at my house within the hour, quickly assessed the problem and snaked the drain from the roof.
I'm old, we always think everything is too much money now so I can't compare prices, for the work done $175 seems to be a fair price.
Randy also replaced a cracked seal on my trap that was dripping for no charge.

In the process of pulling out bushes and trimming back the roots for a new retaining wall, I accidentally nicked the service main that comes into the house from the street shutoff/meter. I hurried to get someone local that had a good rating and so I called Pamplin Plumbing. He arrived promptly, even though it was very close to the "end of day" if not already after hours. He was professional and courteous and cleaned everything out and performed the repair.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I will definitely call them in the future if I have another need. Hopefully, the next time will not be my own fault to need to call someone.....

Great job at great price. Was very helpful and not just after the $. Very professional and respectful. Trustworthy.

I have used Randy a few times. He fixed the leak on the outside faucet. I didn't even have to be home. He left me a bill.
Last year some time (2012) I had a leak in my garage and he and his dad came out on a Sunday evening and fixed the problem. No extra charge for the time or day.
I would recommend him to anyone.
