Sucks

Supposedly something happened with my credit card being declined.
However, my account NEVER showed any transaction nor has my account been
in the negative, so there's no reason the charge shouldn't have gone
through. So instead of contacting me via email or phone, they stopped my
water delivery altogether and sent a notice via regular mail. Which I
received seven days after my undelivered water.  When I called and
verified my credit card number, I was told that I couldn't receive my
new delivery until 3-5 business days because the credit department would
have to review my account. They NEVER deliver the water on time either.
Every single month the delivery is delayed. The only credit I can give
them is that I was given one extra  bottle for free when I complained
about their late delivery. Sadly that was only my 2nd month of using
their service. I should've cancelled it immediately.

Great service and product. Just hate the $2.88 oil/fuel surcharge per delivery.

They are very good. They are prompt and keep us in water. I have had no problems with billing. They are very professional and do what they say they are going to do.

It costs about $29 for 3 things of water and there's a rental on the machine. They are great. They always call us before they are going to deliver and tell us that they are coming on whatever day they are coming. They also remind us to put our empty bottles. Their price is reasonable. We've never had any problems and whenever we need something they respond. They are great when we have questions and concerns. They are very professional.

I have never had a problem with Ozarka Water Company.

I no longer rent the cooler because I just recently bought my own. However, I still order the 24 oz sports pack of water bottles form them. I have this monthly as well. I have never had any issues with them coming out. They come out on schedule and they have been o.k. They seem to be very nice too. The water prices all depend on what you order. It could be from $13 to $28.06 it varies if you get 5 gallon jugs, 3 gallons and so forth. Every once in a while you get a free jug of water from them too. I have used them for five years and the water cooler always did fine for me. There were never any issues with anything. I paid about $8-12 to rent it. Usually around $10. The water is also good. I did think it tasted funny one time, but, they replace it with no problem.
