I called the Overhead Door company in the morning, and my door was fixed that afternoon. Their employee was very courteous and professional. He was also very skilled and arrived to do this job promptly. That's why I highly recommend this company if you need new garage doors or just repairs.

Went fine but ordered two key fob clickers and the tech didn’t bring them, and then three messages to the sales guy to get them went unanswered. Sure wish we had those. Belt system works great though.

call for estimate went well, received estimate easily, installation in a few days, installation went well, needed to call due to squeaky operation - quickly resolved

I've had nothing but good things from this company.I thought the price was reasonable.They weren't on time but they let me know they were running late.

Well, however the wait time for a special order panel was quite long.

When our garage door broke at 9 pm, Bart was able to come out on short notice later that night to fix the problem. Not only did he repair the spring cable, he also pointed out prior damage to the door and straightened the track. We appreciate his professionalism and friendliness, especially at that hour!

I am assuming they are good. They are the people that installed my doors and they are the only folks we've used. I didn't shop, I'll put it that way. It was fine. Responsiveness was good. They were very good. Two guys came out to do the work.

A young man was sent over by Overhead Door Co who had neither the training or the tools for the job. A conversation with his "manager" led me to believe this was a company-wide problem - not just an issue with an inexperienced technician. The young man sent by Overhead Door Co "analyzed" the problem and said the sensors at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced. Later, he said he "didn't trust the wires" connecting the sensors to the unit and wanted to replace those as well. I said okay. After testing the door function, there was no change in the behavior. The door would go up but not down. He then said that it was an electrical connector (which he did not have). And then later, he changed his mind and said it was the "circuit board" which he didn't have either. Being very familiar and capable with electronics, I asked if he checked the continuity of the sensor wires. He said yes. I asked how he checked them. He said nothing. I then pressed him and asked if he checked them with a "volt-ohm meter." He said he didn't own one. For those uninitiated to electrical repair, the volt-ohm meter or VOM is the most basic piece of equipment for this type of job. Not having a VOM is like a carpenter who owns no hammers. Among other things, it is the basic tool professionals use to check for broken or shorted out wires. I then asked to speak to his manager. I expressed my disbelief about an electrical technician who didn't own a VOM, He told me that in his 25 years of doing this, HE never used a VOM either. This led me to believe that the problem was not simply an inexperienced technician, but incompetence of the business as a whole. He offered to remove the man from my property and I agreed. When the young man left, he took out the new sensors and did not restore the old sensors. He left the wires bound together to be sure they would not work. It was clear to me that the young man intentionally made sure the garage door opener was worse off than he found it. After retrieving my own VOM, I found that the young man had cut the wire with a staple. If he had the correct tools and training, he would have quickly analyzed and remedied the problem himself. Disgusting. I have used the Overhead Door brand in the past. Never again.

The person who took the call yesterday was courteous and professional. An appointment for early this morning was booked. The technician gave me a courtesy call first about ETA, was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. The work was completed within an hour

Called late one afternoon and they were here the next morning right on time.  Will was the technician, who was very prompt, professional and courteous. 

Installer had truck trouble and had to reschedule.  Not his fault.  He did a good job.  Thought it was a little pricey, but included cost of service call plus material and labor.
