OUT ON A LIMB TREE SERVICE

iI just moved to Richardson TX. I had to call this company to cut my bald cypruis tree in my backyard. Been in the tree cutting business, they should know where they are suppose to put the cut trees. Instead, he asked me and been new to the area and never had any idea about tree cutting/pickup, I told them to put the cut trees in the back alley because that's where they pick up trash. I had no idea the city comes with an hydraulic truck to pick up the cut trees. But the owner of the company asked me where I want the cut trees placed instead of he knowing it or at least asking me to call the city to confirm the pickup location. He let me decide where I want the the cut trees to be placed. I told him back alley is where they pick up trash and he decided to put the pile fo cut trees on the back of the house. Right after they left, I called the city to schedule a pickup and that's when city told me that they need the cut tress to be on the front of the house. I called the tree cutting company within 30 mins fromt he time the left my place and asked them if they could move it to front of house. They told me I need to pay them another $100 to do that. I was very upset because they been in the business should have known better where they should place the cut trees or they could have even told me to call city to check but no they wanted to rip me off more $.They have lost my business for future services...

THE OWNER, GARY, WAS ON TIME AND FINISHED WITH THE JOB WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. ALL THE LIMBS AND OTHER DEBRIS WAS REMOVED, AND THE YARD WAS CLEANED.
