I am so disappointed with this moving company. Donovan turned my new dressers on their sides and slid them across the floor, burning the finishing off their edges. He promised to come back and repair them. He never called to set up an appointment. I have called him several times. He moved me on July 2, 2021, and it is September 19, 2021; he still has not repaired my furniture. My TV stand and he blamed it on my driving; however, the center of the stand was broken from the top, which indicates a tote failed in the center of the stand. This means that he did not securely place the totes. Additionally, he brought a non-trained teenager with him to do the job. Donovan training him on the job cut into my time, leaving the job undone, causing more furniture to be damaged. My nephew was helping out, and he left him to finish a two-person job. My nephew picked in to help him because he said Donovan was doing more talking and explaining instead of working. I am so sorry that I trusted him with my new furniture.

The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly, thorough & prompt with all communication. The movers were very accommodating & quick loading up the contents of my Dad's apartment into the truck. They moved part of his stuff into a storage facility for me & the rest into my house. Everything went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend these guys anytime!!!
