Aaron and his team were extremely professional and made this rental house renovation an enjoyable experience. What impressed me the most was that No Problem Services was able to get us a great deal on new carpet - a better quality and better price then we could even get at Home Depot or Lowes. Aaron really pulled thru for us by being on schedule and on budget. We plan to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation next year and will definitely be contracting No Problem Services to complete the work.

Very smooth process. We live out of state and they kept us informed and provided pictures daily to show us the progress. They went above and beyond in my opinion. When the units burned, we were concerned, but this company took control and got our units back into shape beautifully in a reasonable amount of time.

Initially, we had a walk through and listing of all the items that we needed help with. Being an electrical engineer, we thought many of the projects we could accomplish ourselves. But after having the popcorn ceilings scraped, textured, painted and cleaned up we realized we were not equipped to do the work as quickly or as proficiently as No Problem. We were very pleased with the care that was taken to hang protective plastic sheeting over the walls and flooring. The workers arrived early, worked consistently and late in the day to get the work finished. At all times, they were quiet and respectful. It was a nasty job but they never stopped or complained. Every ceiling is above average height and has custom crown molding. The ceiling fans and light fixtures were replaced requiring wiring for the light and fan. The empty boxes were removed. When finished, it looks great! The bathroom project was huge -- or that's what it seemed like to us. At times, there were multiple teams working to remove the carpet, remove the wall, update and add electrical wiring and outlets. Again the workers arrived when scheduled, coordinated with other disciplines and even removed the old marble tub which took four men to remove. The tub removal was not included in the bid but they couldn't proceed without it being gone so they did it. They made arrangements to have it removed before the next morning. We have stained wooden doors throughout our home (being built in 1985). To maintain consistency, the painters stripped and stained doors in the bathroom, master bedroom, utility room, kitchen and family room. The back door was removed, planed on the bottom to make it weathertight, a new doorlock set installed, the door stained on the interior and painted exterior. The bathroom looks like a magazine with the updated wall textures, new lighting, tumbled marble, granite and travertine. The travertine floor grouting is seamless. We decided to have travertine baseboards instead of stained wood baseboards. It involved many cuts and lots of measurements that were not in the original estimate. The tilers never acted upset that the parameters of the work were changed. The seamless shower door makes the room look so much bigger and brighter inside. We are very pleased with the travertine shelves and inset shelves that were cut and installed in the shower. We couldn't be happier with the results and have been pleased to have visitors to our home look at our new bathroom. The original estimate was almost identical to the final project cost. It was additional work that we requested that was different (and we did not pay for the tub removal -- which was unbelievably heavy.) Thanks, No Problem, we have other projects we will be calling you to do. Thanks to all of your well-qualified technicians; they were great. The landscape work and flower beds always look amazing and freshen up the yard. We live on the corner of a cul de sac and have an extra large front berm. All vegetation that was dug up and containers emptied were removed. We were concerned the first time about the sprinkler system, but special care is always taken to ensure there is not an accident with the above-grade heads. We plan to use the landscaping technicians to do the cleanup and planting that takes us easily a full weekend and very sore backs to accomplish. Many thanks for that great effort! I'm sure I've missed something that was done because we truly have had so much. We have a few tasks still being designed but expect to have those accomplished within a few weeks.

My 13 year old dog's stomach was upset and his breakfast showed up on my office carpet as I sat down to work. Knowing how much work I HAD to get accomplished that day, I called No Problem and asked them if there were any way possible they could help me that day. The owner, Aaron Strauser, called me back and gave me advice on how to keep the mess from staining my carpet until they could get to my house. They arrived at my house 3.5 hours later (as promised which is ssoo refreshing!!!). Not only were they able to clean the carpet in my entire house, but most of all, the stain did NOT set and it looks and smells great!!!
