they didn't do the work becasue they never returned my call

They quoted a bid and said they would do the job on a given day. Called the next day to say they didn't make it and would do the job the next day. They never showed and I never heard from them again.

They come when they say they'll come. If we travel they still come and mow without getting paid. One time we traveled and owed them some money and even though we couldn't get a hold of them they still came. They are very reasonable. We've used them for several years.
