"We appreciate this review. When we were texting I only asked you for one thing, that was that you include ALL the details if you were going to leave us a negative review. Since you didn't, I will fill in the blank's. You purchased a deal and we scheduled you for Monday the 24th. It is true I called you at 8 o'clock that Monday morning and explained to you that I had been sick with my stomach that night. I proceeded to tell you I did not know if it was something I had eaten or if it was a virus. I left the option up to you, did you want me to still come out and work that Monday, or did you want me to come out the next day, Tuesday the 25th. it was your choice, I told you that I could still come out that Monday but I did not know if it was a virus, therefore I did not know if I was going to be getting you and your family sick. You checked your calendar, and you said that Tuesday was fine. You then called me Monday evening and said that you had two meetings on Tuesday you did not know about. So you would have to cancel. I called you back and left you a message saying that it was not a problem and that we would get you in on our next available day. We then spoke on Wednesday and when I told you that my next available day was August 3 you got very upset , and said that this was not a good experience for you, you would find somebody else, and you hung up on me. You then texted me and told me that you would be leaving me a bad review. I asked you then to please include ALL the details if we were going to get a bad review out of this. I didn't plan on getting sick on Sunday night. Just like we did not work on Tuesday because we had you scheduled and you canceled on us. But I do not believe in my heart that you did that on purpose just like we didn't plan on getting sick. It's life, things come up. I got this negative review because our schedules could not coincide. Now if I have altered the details or not told the truth please you have my number, let me know and I will come back and edit it and make any corrections necessary."

"Admittedly, when I first read this review I thought someone had left a review for the wrong company. But just to be sure I went back and checked and sure enough you purchased a handyman for the day on August 5 of 2016. I truly never received any type of message as far as what day you wanted us to just show up, nor did I ever know that you had leaking faucets. If your faucets are still leaking we would be happy to come out and fix them. However, I can't imagine that anyone would just let their faucets leak for almost a year without contacting someone."

"What we appreciate the most about the reviews, especially a negative review, are when ALL of the details are included. This way, when others read this they can decide if they want to use our services or pass us on by. You purchased a two handyman for the day deal. We came out and worked one day for you. At that time my guys told you that what we were doing was the incorrect way to do it however, you wanted to continue because you saw it on a YouTube video. My guys called me and I specifically told them as long as you were informed to do it the way you wanted. We were able to get the front portion of your very large two-story home completed. There were no angles it was all straight cuts and a flat roof for us to stand on. So you purchased another deal from us. This time we were going around the sides and the back of the second story. It was all angles and no flat roof to stand on so we had to use extension ladders. We got one side of your house wrapped in radiant barrier and two sheets of 4 x 8 siding installed. This was in an eight hour period. You called me out to take a look and tell me that you did not feel that you got your moneys worth. So I offered to give you another day at no charge. At that time you asked me to complete it for a flat price of which I went ahead and agreed to. You already had a window company come out and replace your windows. They did such a bad job that you were asking for another crew to come out and fix them. At that time you told me that the crew had came back broke into your house and robbed you. There was foam all over your house and the windows were still incorrect. We had to re-flash your windows and clean a massive amount of foam off of your house before we could continue. I did not charge you any extra for that. Also, you wanted to paint the sheets of siding before we put them up. But you were painting while we were putting them up so we were having to wait to let them dry. You also had to make multiple trips to the store to get more siding to paint while we were waiting on you to install the siding. You also failed to mention that after we installed the radiant barrier around your house, installed the siding, we trimmed it out, caulked it, and did all of the touch up paint. Even though we informed you that it was a bad idea , and that it would be much slower ,we went ahead and put radiant barrier over your existing trim and siding. Then, we installed your new siding on top of that at your request. However, in doing so we had a lot more waste then what we would have normally had. You called me when the job was complete told me that everything looked great. You told me that you knew I lost money on the job yet I stayed and completed it. You complemented and praised me at that time. You asked me to send you an extra invoice for fixing the other companies mistakes on your windows. I did, and you wrote me another check for the extra work we did. Even though it was only one third of what you told me you would send me, it was still appreciated. Now, if I have been untruthful or left details out please correct me. Otherwise to my knowledge this is exactly what happened. Again we appreciate ALL of the details on these reviews."
