It was more work than I expected as I had a Spa company out first and they had to replace a pump in the Spa a week earlier. It was a long frustrating journey but John from Mountaintop evaluated the situation, found the problem, and repaired it. It was costly because it was unexpected and more than he first thought it would be. I had just paid for another service for more than I had anticipated from the Spa company but in the end well worth it to finally get the Spa up and running. I feel safe in using the Spa now that John has corrected all of the electrical problems and he has a 2 year warranty on his work!

Mr. Nuss was able to come an hour after I called. He did an excellent repair job on the fuse box .The electrical problem was not an obvious one, but he checked a few things and did find it and quickly fixed that also. He is very experienced and professional. I will definitely use his services again if the need arises.

John was on time and presented himself professionally. He took care to put on shoe protectors so that he would not track dirt into my house. He evaluated the issue and gave me a report. After a clear discussion of the problems he promptly fixed the issues and resolved the issues he found during the process.

This is the third time we have used John. He is always pleasant and professional and really knows his stuff. He always makes sure that he is doing things according to the codes. He is very reliable.

John was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. We had to work together over the phone to do the work and pay the service call. He even retrieved the property's key from another location and returned it off site after the job was complete. John was great to work with! He was very patient and happily answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). We renovated an old 1950's house, and dealing with John and the electrical aspect of the project was the smoothest part of the entire project. He was always right on time, very professional, and knew his stuff.

I opened the conversation with "I found you through Angies LIst . . . " and it went very well from there. He was prompt, showed up that same day and even wore paper booties inside the house to protect the carpet, etc. He had the problem partly fixed the first day and completely solved (needed to get the heavier wire) by the second visit. We're very happy with the result.

They came right out and had the problem diagnosed in about five minutes. He fixed the problem and was done. He was very professional, and not much of a conversationalist. He made some suggestions for other things that I should look into.

It was fabulous. Gary the technician was very friendly and courteous. I really appreciated his patience with explaining every thing to me. I can highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

John was very professional. Called for an estimate and described what needed to be done. Made an appointment for 2 days later. He was very punctual and even gave me a written estimate before he started the job. When he was almost done, I realized that I needed an electrical outlet box fixed. He fixed it for me and even went out to get the proper face plate for it. He just charged me for the part and didn't charge extra for fixing that for me. He really is a nice guy! Will use his company again in the future.

I think the company is great, they have done a great job of wiring the new listing and every thing has been done perfectly. John Ness their owner is very responsible and qualified. He is very customer oriented and pleasant to work with
