Mike did a great job. I think it took longer than he thought it would but he did the entire job by himself. When he left for the day our backyard was always neat and tidy. We will be using him again I'm sure.

Michael Tesh owner of MLT Constuction said this was supposed to be
a 6-8 week job but it's been 5 months for our kitchen
remodel. We paid $15,000 down and that was supposed to go
toward all the materials, plumbing and electric. After 2 weeks and only
a slab and frame the money was gone. He said it that it was o.k.
because he could still do the job for the same budget. We made the
mistake of paying an additional $2,500 so he could pay the electrician and plumber.
The electrician never got paid and he never even hired a plumber. He said that
the money went into our property somewhere else. He was the only
worker most of the time and only worked 3-4 hours a day. Finally we
refused to pay anymore money until electric and plumbing were
inspected. We wanted an electrician to complete the job, but he would
not call one out since he wanted to do it himself to save money. We
started having a lot of electrical issues in our home. He wanted to
come repair it, and we did not since we wanted an experienced
electrician to repair it. We called the electrician out that pulled the
permit and he said it should not have passed inspection and he would
come back and repair it. This contractor is a super-nice guy but he can
not be trusted with money or to pay his workers. He had 2 other labor
workers that he did not pay along with the electrician and we were also
given a pre-lien notice by one of them. We caught him lying all the
time. We finally took over the job ourselves. Our experience with this
contractor has been horrible.
