My grandbaby caused my bedroom socket to blow and I lost all power in my bedroom and bath and despite having to deal with my dog and my 3 grandkids Shane was awesome. He checked everything out and fixed it all with a smile on his face even after having to move a mountain of stuff that was in the way of the problem not to mention the extremely heavy furniture in front of the problem area. I was told someone would be out between 4 and 7 the day I called and instead of having to wait around they called me before 2 and said they could come right away if it was convenient for me. That almost never happens. I was very pleased start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates great service.

I just moved into a new house and had to replace my dryer outlet to match the configuration of my dryer plug. Mister Sparky promptly responded to my submission for electrician referrals and the person who called was very friendly and professional. This type of first impression is very important to me. We set a date and time for the electrician, Shane, to arrive and then he arrived at that time. Shane was also very friendly and professional and replaced the outlet quickly. The total cost was $178, which is what I thought it would probably wind up costing when budgeting. Overall, I would recommend Mr. Sparky and I believe their pricing is fair and reasonable.
