Our water well was not producing water after a lightning storm the previous night. We did not notice this until the following afternoon. Called Millican and they said they could get out there the following day. In the interim, she suggested some diagnostics and directed me to the reset button but to no avail. They actually swung by late the same day, and confirmed the motor controller was fried. Had brought a new one, but it was wrong size so they swung by early the next morning with the right one and had us back on line. I started to wonder if they would ever send us a bill, but they did several weeks later and it was reasonable, in my view. Nice folks, very professional.
