The entire process was pleasant. The communication was terrific all of my questions were answered literally before I could ask them. Jayson and his team worked very hard to ensure that we got the maximum that we could for the repairs that needed to be done. They were able to get the insurance adjuster to supplement from the initial quote by more than 50%. The crew was punctual and the entire roof including cleanup was done in one day. We were so pleased with the results we asked them back to replace our gutters, and add some new gutters with leaf filters; also quick and well done

Your quote was not the lowest, however the data provided regarding storms and drone photos of the hail damage were valuable in case State Farm denied my claim. I was fortunate that they did accept my claim. The roof became a concern during the sale of our house. Your ability to get the work done very timely with great communication was excellent. From the possible cause of the issue, to what they intended to do, and what to expect from repair costs/timeframe (which they began work IMMEDIATELY and stayed right at their quote, which was competitive compared to the others).
