I had the owner do a walk through of our home, I made sure to tell her that I would only be available during the weekends, we agreed upon a price and a start date. During the walk through, she complimented our home, even asked me to work for her, since our home was "impecable." At the end of the walk through, she stated that she "hated clients" like me because her company would have to work twice as hard to prove their worth. Maria, the owner, seemed very nice, at first. When we were scheduled for our first cleaning, she never showed up. I sat home all day and had to contact her only to hear that she was not going to be able to make it, that was at 4PM! All she gave me was a poor excuse, eventhough she told me herself that she had a full staff. I ignored it and still decided to give her a try, based on Angie's List reviews. A week before she was scheduled to show up, she texted me stating that it was "impossible" to clean my home during the weekend because she reserved the weekends for deep cleanings and her staff "did not want to work on the weekends." She also stated that the only days that would work for her would be Monday or Wednesday, before 5PM, eventhough I had specifically told her that I worked until 6PM and after agreeing on Saturday mornings. 2 hours later she responded that she would find someone to do the cleaning. The day before the cleaning, she texted me stating the cleaner would be here between 11 and noon. The person she sent was very punctual and nice. I honestly enjoyed the cleaning and the services I received, that day. Since the cleaning was impecable, I had mentioned her to my sister, mother-in-law and brother, who where all extremely interested and looked forward to having her complete their cleanings as well. Fastforward two weeks, I had not heard from her since the day of the cleaning and decided to text her to see who she would send and what time to expect them, the NEXT day; I did not receive a response for about 3 hours. To my surprise, her response was that she could not send someone unless the terms changed, her price increased to nearly DOUBLE! Her narrative completely changed, she stated that our home was "too dirty" and that she could not send someone unless I paid her more due to the amount time her staff had spent here. Maria seems to be extremely unprofessional and have little regard for her client's time. She has now lost 1 new client and 3 potentials,there is nothing she can do to earn my business back. DO NOT waste your time with her as you will be disappointed hours before your next cleaning and probably charged double on your second visit. I cannot shake off the feeling that going back on her words and trying to charge her clients double the price, the night before, is part of her business model.

We hired Maria and her team for a Deep Cleaning and they did such a WONDERFUL job that we decided to hire them for our weekly service!!! Nice ladies, wonderful team!

Maria was wonderful, very upfront on pricing. She was fast and very thorough. My house just felt cleaner than it ever has. I 100% recommend her! We will be having her come once a month now for regular maintenance!

They arrived on time and began immediately. I'm really impressed with how quickly they accomplished their task without sacrificing attention to details. Bonus: Their cleaning products smell delightful.

Maria was very accommodating when we spoke on the phone. She showed up on time and was very fast! Her work is excellent, and her prices very reasonable. I have hired other cleaning services in the past when moving out and have regretted it. The quality of work was sub-par at best, and they charged way too much. Maria left my condo spotless I will hire her again and highly recommend her.

Excellently! They cleaned every spot in my apartment. They took everything off table and countertops and cleaned the things on both. They cleaned my baseboards. Gosh, they just cleaned everything. They even cleaned off my patio. Thank you for a very good job. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Miss Maria did a excellent job she’s very sweet and hard worker and punctual and professional. Being a single mom and a college student makes it a bit harder for me but I get to relax when she comes and help carry a bit of my load off my shoulders it’s nice to come home to a clean and fresh home I would definitely recommend Miss Maria
