It went exceptionally well. The staff helped me get my dogs in the tubs and even offered to bathe them for me. But I wanted the experience myself. We had a wet good time. The facility is really nice and can bathe up to 6 dog at a time. The prices are reasonable, it goes by the weight of your dog. And the location is PERFECT...right next to the Dog Park.

I have been taking my dog here for almost a year and every time she goes, it is always very good. She gets more than what I ask for by leaving the shop with cute pink bows. I would defiently go here if you need your dog groomed the staff is very fast and presice in what they do! they truly seem to enjoy it which makes me happy to bring my pet.

I love the variety of services that Metro Animals - Pet Wash provides! The location is key, being right next to the dog park makes it a great selection. I went on a Sunday afternoon, did not have to wait, and was able to take my time when washing my dog, Hank. I chose the self service dog wash option as they provide everything you need for you! They also will wash your dog for you if you decide that route. The prices range from the weight of your dog, but are affordable in every way. I will definitely be back as this is a much easier and dog friendly way to wash my dog compared to making a mess in my own home!

Metro Animals pet wash is kept clean and is a great place to take your dog for a bath and grooming. My dog Ellie loved the calming smell of the lavender and lemon shampoo. They have powerful dryers to get your dog dry quicker. The employees are very nice and helpful with any questions. Everything you need is included to bath your dog on your own if you don't want to pay anyone a little extra. I highly recommend Metro Animals!

She was very nice and was very helpful on getting the nails clipped . She kept my dog calm and my dog freaks out all the time . So she was really good !

My dog was in need of a bath, nail trim and needed to be deshedded. I was in desperate need and this was my first time bringing in my dog to be pampered by anyone other then me. I'm super pleased by how gentle they were with her especially since my German shepherd always acts as a baby. I love that I can watch my dog as she is being washed and they never get irritated no matter the circumstances. Very professional and I will definitely be returning!

We have taken our dog to this location on several occasions, each time the staff has been friendly and interacted great with our dog. The tubs have always been clean and ready for use as well as the store. The prices reflect if you choose to wash your pet or if you allow them to do it. Penny who we now seek out wash our pet each time we go there always has a smile and cares for our pet as if it was hers but then so far all the staff at this location has been wonderful.

The groomer did great with my lab as she always does! Jubilee (lab) doesn't like baths at all, but she absolutely loves coming in to get pampered! The groomer did a fantastic job helping to get some of the extra hair off and she smelled and looked fantastic when we left!

It was a very pleasant experience. She enjoyed it, we enjoyed it, the workers were very pleasant. It was our first time there, everything was explained to us very well. We will definitely go back.

This was my first visit to Metro Dog Wash. The first plus was the proximity to Z Bonz Dog Park off Camp Bowie. After my dog, Sadie, romped around slobbering and swimming with other dogs she needed a good bath. The facility is nice and clean. There were 4 fully stocked tubs your pooch could walk right up into. I was given a thorough tour of the dog wash setup. The staff very kindly showed me the ropes. She taught me how to use the tubs, taught me how to clip my dogs nails and even recommended the best smelling shampoo. Everything. You need to wash you dog was included, a wash leash, shampoo, scrub brushes, towels and a dryer. The are even face wipes and ear cleaning supplies. My expirence exceeded my expectations with the clean space and the friendly & helpful staff. I plan to return. Now, I have a dog gone, good smell in' pooch.

Had a great first time experience. The young lady took good care of my bay girl and was very gentle. I like that I was able to be there the whole time (only 20-30 min). I will say though I am going to see if I can get brave enough to try & do it myself next time just for the bonding experience.

I love the self-serve option at Metro Animal Pet Wash. We have two large dogs and the baths are big enough to fit each of them. I also love the variety of products and shampoos offered so that they leave looking and feeling fresh and clean. The staff are always so helpful, providing extra towels and helping out when possible. The facility is bright and clean. They also offer incentives such as birthday discounts and sell high quality treats and toys. We will return in the future!

The pet wash is awesome and super easy to use. The staff was helpful and got me extra towels to dry my fur baby along with anything else i needed. Only downside is this location does not have access to the accounts for the actuals metro animals day care so I had to make a new account, but no biggie.

Excellent! Great set up. Comprehensive set of shampoos and grooming tools. Air dryer. Could not ask for it to be easier or more convenient! This will be a routine stop after play days at the Z Bones dog park!
