I've been using her for 8 years. I am a good customer. I had never used the product before where you put the pill into something. I was going to buy another pill but they gave me a trial package and told me that if it worked, then I could go back and buy more. We used it up pretty quickly so I'm going to go back. We trust them totally with the dogs. They keep our dogs healthy and I am pleased with them. I get great quality from them. I can't think of any time when I was delayed. Even at the worst case, we have never been delayed for more than a day. They will take me in that day if I have a problem. If I didn't like the service, I wouldn't have been going there for 8 years. When I go there, the first people I see are usually veterinarian assistants. No matter who I see first, I always get to see the vet. The vet always comes in, reviews what's been done and makes sure it's great.

I was so impressed with his compassion and his staff.

Scott Mellina has been our extended family's vet for over 25 years. A skilled diagnostician and surgeon, he has attended to all types of ailments and conditions our dogs have experienced, with great success. He is extremely compassionate when it is time to say goodbye to an older pet. He has added an associate in the last several years, Dr. Nicole Randolph, who is equally caring and skilled. The support staff is excellent, as well.

Both of my cats have been seen by this clinic since 2005 or 2006 and every time I go out of town I board my animals there. Boarding is a little expensive, but overall, I'm happy with their service. They've been very kind to me and I've never had a problem making appointment for shots or anything else. They give a senior citizens discount and also have discounts for longevity stays for long trips. I've found Dr. Mellina to be very kind, easy to deal with, and generally a great guy. The staff is wonderful and knows me by name! There's another clinic that's closer, but I still prefer using this one.

We have used them before and they are very caring of the animals and they are also attentive to the pet owners, unlike other animal clinics that we have been to. I did feel like we paid too much but typically they gave us a follow up phone call to let us know their findings.

I have used Mellina for many years and they have taken good care of my pets. I would recommend them. They have a caring staff and their prices are very competitive.
