The tuner did an excellent job. McBrayer’s scheduled my appointment promptly and the tuner arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I will call them for future services.

It was great. There was no problem. They were quick. They did it light, fast and shocking. It was under 10 minutes and it was cool. I would use them again. I'm going to call them for cleaning of the piano.

Very well! They have great price. My wife was the one who handled everything for that. She is really happy about them. They are fast and have an elevator. The price is much better than other people.

It was a great experience! The 2 movers were very professional, taking care to protect our 100 year-old floors. There was no damage and they performed the move very quickly. The tuner came later and did an excellent job (I've had lots of tuners in the past.)

They were on time and very quick. Took good care of the piano, and obviously knew what they were doing. They move several a day.
This was a short trip (4 miles). No stairs. And a baby grand (5 ft). No hill for a climber.

I called McBrayers at 4:00 p.m. to schedule a baby grand move another day. It so happened Mr. McBrayer was in the neighborhood, and said he could make the move right then, if I was ready! I called the recipient to see if such short notice worked for her. McBrayer's showed up within 15 minutes, packed up the piano, drove with me across town, unloaded and set the piano up in its new home, 1/12 hours from the time we first spoke! I was very impressed with them, their courtesy, their promptness and friendly professionalism. The price was based on the number of stairs involved (not many), and distance (not far). They are a fourth-generation business, moving, restoring, repairing and tuning pianos. We scheduled a tuning for another day.

A friend recommended this company to me several years ago. I have used their services three times now and have always been pleased with their work. I have an upright piano with two narrow (hint: fragile) legs in the front which can make it tricky to move. These guys are always careful with the legs. They lift the piano and place it on a dolly to move it, even though the piano has its own wheels.
When you contact them, they will ask you how many steps down/up it will have to be moved to get it out of the first location and how many steps there are at the destination location. They will also ask the make and type of piano in order to provide you a quote. Additionally, they can tune the piano after moving it, if desired.
The movers are very nice and careful. They are in the piano business, not the furniture moving business, so they take care of your piano. I would definitely recommend them.

They did an incredibly great job. They have been in service for like 5 or 6 generations. They sell and restore pianos. They did an exquisite job and their work is gorgeous.

I've been very hesitant to allow ''just anyone'' to touch this valuable instrument; fears of broken strings, pins, etc. Monte Bateman arrived a bit late because of vehicle trouble at the office. He got right to work on the piano getting the feel of it and verifying that it could be brought up to perfect tune. It had been fully restored by Fort Worth Piano Restoration in 1980 and Monte was familiar with, and very complimentary of, the restorer. Being interesting in the ''technology'' of piano tuning, I stayed in the room as he worked. He explained the process as he set the core tuning with an electronic meter. He set the ''temperament'' and told how his father trained him to tune pianos. He is fourth generation in the business. He freed up some sticking keys, no charge, and told me how I could fix minor problems should they occur. After the tuning, he played a bit to verify everything was right--one high note needed minor adjustment. I felt I got a top quality job from a true artist.
