Scheduling was easy. Timely. Good attitude. And the price for what we did was very reasonable. He worked with us and we felt very confident of his recommendations. He developed a plan of action given the odd situation and extreme age of the system. We plan to use them regularly in the future.

My main sewage line was blocked. I called and they showed up in 2h and solved the problem quickly even not being their main specialization (septic tanks). Very satisfied with the service. I would recommend their service and definitely would hire again if needed.

They were polite, prompt, and got the job done! First time having the tanks pumped, so I don't know a lot about it, but I have no complaints!

This company is great.  They came out and dug out the old lid , pumped out the tank, and replaced with a new lid .  They also had to reconnect a pvc pipe that had broken when the lid fell in.  They have the equipment and the know-how to do the job.  The workers were very courteous and really personable.  They were fun to visit with and appeared to enjoy each other's company.  They worked so well together.  You could tell that they knew what they were doing.  The owner answered the questions we had and we talked about what we might face in the future with our aging system.  We will definitely use this company for any other work we need.  I highly recommend this company and will be telling my neighbors about it.

Massey's was at my door within three hours of my call.  The service technician, "Chance" was very informative, answered all of my questions (and I had many) and explained and showed me why something was needed and what the results would be.  He gave me good information on preventative maintenance.  
After calling around, the price they charged was about average.  The knowledge of the technician, I think, was above average.  I am very pleased with Massey's service.  I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent.

We started having problems with our septic tank in December and had to have it pumped. We found out that an add-on to the house had been built over the septic tank by the previous homeowners. The tank was pumped by cutting a hole in the tank, but we continued to have problems.
We contacted Craig Massey to give us an estimate on installing a new septic system. The system they installed has two 500 gallon tanks, rather than the one tank we had under the house. They pumped out the old tank and filled it. They laid new lateral lines, and when everything was done, back filled the holes that were dug for the tanks.
The only bad part in the process was the wait time for the work, which I know is not something that can be controlled. Craig's schedule was busy, and when it was time to do our septic tank, we had a week or so of rain, which put the job off a little longer. He did stay late in the evenings so we would be able to use the water in the house. I think he tried to inconvenience us as little as possible.

Showed up on time,located tanks, cleaned and emptied tanks, and finally was able to clear blicked sewer line all in a reasonable period of time.
