Hideous experience: Lance was the sales guy a super duper friendly and super charming guy, whilst he is selling to you. God forbid you have any problems with BMC! Our house gutting project moved incredibly fast and we were living in an apartment during it. Windows were installed in just two days. We noticed in the middle of installation, they were wrong color (bronze. Instead of white) and wrong design (no panels instead of the multiple panels we wanted.) I called sales rep Lance at least 5 times and left voicemails during installation, he finally returned one phone call and said, "that's what you ordered, and that's what you get! I wrote it all down and that's what you ordered. I don't ever make mistakes!" I called his sales manager in Dallas and he never even bothered to return my calls. This is the most dishonest company I have EVER dealt with! Do NOT EVER deal with them!!!!!
