Martech

Excellent, I called today at noon. 45 minutes later Martech was at my house to fix the problem.

Went well. Showed up on time. He explained the problem and how it was caused. He did a good clean job, and fixed the issue.

Friendly, sweet, nice, got the job done – went above and beyond!

Very professional.

He texted me letting me know he was going to be about 30 minutes early. He arrived and immediately went to work checking my older system. Refilled the freon and provided a couple of ideas of replacing my older system. His price for refilling the older system was about half of what I was quoted by the company that installed my new system. Was very polite & prompt. He was not too pushy on the selling me a new system.

I am an investor and has been using Martech as my AC company since 2007, No problems whatsoever and the type of service from a little part to a totally new unit. They have been there when I needed them taking good care or my tenants and my self. Today was no exception, Thank you Martech!

Ricardo is extremely responsive. His usual response time even in the busy season is a few hours. He will troubleshoot problems over the phone, and if he needs to come do a repair he is there on time and for a highly reasonable rate. Professionally dressed, clean, fun and a pleasure to have in your home.

His service was great. Very responisve and punctual. He did not automatically try and sell me new units but properly assessed that my hvac units needed some quick easy repairs. We will be calling Martech again especially this summer when I may be able to afford to replace them!

On Labor Day 2015, after coming home from running errands all morning, I realized the house was overly warm. Granted, the thermostat was set to 78, but the house was already at 84 degrees. I contacted MarTech with fingers crossed, and the first thing Ricardo said was "Text me the address." I was SO relieved! No hesitation whatsoever, even though it was a holiday. Even though he was pretty far away when I contacted him, he made it to my house within a few hours, fixed us right up, and we had the house back down to 76 by nightfall. Just in time to get the kids to bed for school the next day, instead of having hot, sweaty, miserable kiddos whining about not being able to sleep. He absolutely saved the day, and at a totally reasonable cost!
