We contracted with Mark Anthony Roofing and Construction for a roof and gutters. He took our money and showed up on the morning they were supposed to roof our home saying that his roofers came by the evening before and said they couldn't work on a roof with a high pitch like ours. We asked, " you don't have roofers to do the job?" He replied, "not right now." We asked for our money back and he said he would refund and it has been four months--and not one cent has he refunded. He kept promising to refund on various dates and the day would come and no money, He then stopped taking our calls.
