Went better than I expected. Vacuum worked great! (finally!) My daughter noticed that the cord was still cut (originally there), which I had totally forgotten to mention when I brought it in. Called up Mourad and he said to bring it back in and that he would take care of it. He replaced the cord (didn't charge me extra for it) and had also replaced the belt and bag. I offered to pay for the cord, belt and bag, but he wouldn't accept. He believes in the old fashioned way of doing business. I highly recommend him!

We dropped the vacuum off on Friday afternoon. MAM called back on Saturday to say that the motor was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. We approved the replacement. On Tuesday it was ready for pick up. The vacuum works great so far after one use of intensive vacuuming.

THEY REALLY KNOW ABOUT VACUUMS AND HOW TO REPAIR. THEY SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE AND THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC. I TAKE ALL MY SERVICE AND REPAIRS TO THEM, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
