concrete repair
+ -1 moreMark was nice enough to come to our house several times to spec out a concrete patio project. He did seem to know what he was talking about. Unfortunately, the project was not cut and dry. We did get it all nailed down, however, and I thought we had an agreement to start. Then he just did not show or call. I could understand him not wanting to do it - but he did not have any professional courtesy to call and just tell me. It really put me behind the power curve with a wedding reception around the corner.
Description of Work: Tear-out old flagstone and pour some concrete around a pool.
