Lucent Pools

Description of Work: Immediately came and assessed our pool after a storm caused a mud slide into pool. They were extremely knowledgeable about our situation. Provides great weekly cleaning and overall assessment of quality of pool water. Takes about an hour each week and is very thorough. Calls if there is a potential problem but if they assess that it is not in need of repair they're honest and don't recommend extra unneeded repairs. Always provides invoice via email and a written copy.

Description of Work: Our pool was turning green, so I asked if Lucent pools could take a look after I had purchased a special promo for a filter cleaning. They came out and found that all of the grids in the filter had been blown out and a plastic piece inside was cracked as well. After replacing all the grids, they treated the pool with chemicals, and told me I would see a difference the next day. Boy, they were right! There was a lot of DE in the pool from the broken filter, so I scheduled for a cleaning the next week, and I don't think I've ever seen my pool that clean! It looks great! My wife was impressed too! They were very straightforward and I felt like they were trying to help me, instead of trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff while talking down to me for my lack of knowledge about pools. I will definitely be using Lucent pools again (I've signed up for monthly service) and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have any pool work done!
