Plumbing
This was a nightmare. In the process of installing these things, they broke my door and damaged my island. They also jacked up the price. I complained and got no response. I feel I got taken by Lowe's and they never tried to make anything right.

Water Heater Service
THE INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT AT LOWES WAS VERY HELPFUL SETTING UP THE INSTALLER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE INSTALLER REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF THE OLD HEATER. I WAS VERY SHOCKED THAT IT COST MORE TO INSTALL THE MACHINE THAN IT DID TO PURCHASE IT.
