"This member is simply trying to ruin my good name. He has already tried to to go to the BBB and has lost his claim with them. He put Longhorn Services on Angie's List just to try to tarnish my reputation. The BBB has sided with Longhorn Services in this matter. The member starting complaining almost a year after the job was completed and paid for. He ever gave us referrals since he was please. He changed his mind about what he wanted and expected Longhorn to change something that we did not do in the first place. He is simply upset that he made the wrong choice on what to do to his yard and is trying to take it out on me. This complaint is totally unwarranted and just plain wrong. I still have an A rating with the BBB and have well over 1000 satisfied customers. The information that he has posted is false. Longhorn Services stands behind what we do, always have and always will. Thanks , Dallas Deaver"
