The service I received was above my expectations and the price I paid was half what other a/c providers quoted me. I won't ever use anyone else.

Tom provided courteous and professional.  He performed a thorough heating system check.  He also showed me how the system worked and made recommendations on the proper filter I should be using.  He also instructed me on how to maintain my gas fireplace and answered all my questions.  Overall I was very pleased with the service and will be calling them back as needed.

Replaced worn-out central A-C. Saved me $$ by NOT unnecessarily replacing furnace.

They have been a long-time vendor of ours and they do a good job. The owner is quite fair and is good at what he does. He is helping us maintain our aging HVAC system and is honest; I know that when he tells me something it is exactly right on. He was recommended to me by another person that I had known for years and he has never let us down on anything. He does the best job that he can do; we have been lucky to find him.

We try to have them out twice a year. We usually call them to come out. They are very thorough. I would recommend their quality of work and their honesty. It is a very small company and it takes them a while to return your call. He is here when he says he will be here. I would use this company again.

It is very complicated what they have to do and they are very patient at getting it done the way that works best for you instead of what will make them the most money. It's a small firm run by two men. You don't get a technician you don't know. They are very personable and nice. They are very responsive to emergency situations.
