I thought the carpet was fit only to be replaced. They clean wool rugs which is a special thing. The process they use doesn’t leave any residue behind so it doesn’t attract more dirt which I think is a good thing. There isn’t an odor. They are very professional and have no worry about them coming into the house. They are excellent at scheduling appointments quickly so they get to me when I call. Everything was just looks new when they leave. They are just terrific. They have been around a while and I have been using them from the last 20 years. I started with them when they were new and they have never given me any reason to change.
