Less Stress Moving Company

This company is the worst. I used them to move to another state not only did they drop my freezer and refrigerator off the truck. But broke and scratched furniture, dragged beds through dirt, broke lamps, and so much more. But the biggest fiasco was when the driver ran over and got stuck in the septic tank which had to be pulled out with 2 wreckers. NOW they are avoiding my calls and Penske's. Looks like I will be getting a lawyer involved

The staff was amazing! They arrived on time, loaded my 5 bedroom house in less than 4 hours, they were courteous and moved quickly. All around great company, would suggest them to anyone looking for good movers!! Great prices compared to all the other quotes I received

This review was a long time coming, and for that I am very sorry. Went perfect. They worked with us on a timing issue that was our fault. They arrived on time for the pick up. I've never seen two men work so fast, they knew what they were doing when it came to packing. Just couldn't believe how they arranged everything to fit so no shifting would happen while driving. Not a thing was damaged. They arrived when they said they would. They took such care knowing how difficult this was for my elderly mother seeing every thing she owned put in a truck and driven off. They were so personable and put her a easy. Thank you for the care you took. Very grateful!

1. Furniture items were not wrapped or covered in padding/blankets. I pointed this out to the guys helping and they said they would do it (but at that point, most everything had been loaded so I could only see the stuff at back of truck). However NOTHING that was brought to the 2nd location had been protected in any way. 2. Due to time constraints, they said they'd be back to finish getting the last few items. That never happened. Additionally, it was almost a week before I was able to get in actual contact with them. 3. John told me he would move my items from storage at no charge to a different unit (long story) and that unit would have a reduced price that he'd gotten... long story short, that was a bold faced lie and it never happened. And I got stuck paying the higher fee for the unit. 4. The move was to be a two-part move and to this day, they will not return my calls, texts or emails. DO NOT USE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS!
