Professional Review: HVAC Service Experience I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the HVAC service provided by Damien Lemus / Lemus Inc, if you know of it. On 09/24/2025, I paid $700.00 for repairs to my HVAC system. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise during a repair, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication from the technician. He did not inform me of any additional problems or necessary repairs until after I had paid the full amount for the initial work. This is a clear breach of professional conduct and makes it impossible for a customer to make informed decisions about further repairs. Furthermore, when I requested an itemized invoice detailing these newly identified "additional problems," the technician verbally agreed to send one but has since failed to do so. This lack of documentation leaves me with no clear understanding of the current state of my HVAC system or what further work may be needed. As a result, I am out $700.00 with no clear resolution or accountability for the remaining issues. This experience has left me feeling misled and without a complete understanding of the service I paid for. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and ensure clear communication and documentation from this provider before engaging their services. Jerome Plake
