His estimate to replace 4 sections of fence panels, material and labor, haul away was $725. He bought materials and said he underestimated the costs and wanted another $125 to do the job. He showed me a wet receipt for $440 from Home Depot. On the morning of the repair, he changed his mind and wanted to just stack the old fencing @ the curb instead of hauling away as he promised. He delivered 8 corner posts, wrote a receipt that said he installed 7. He only installed 6 and collected an extra $43.13 which he did not return to me. To me, he bought extra, which I paid for. He did not use the extra materials & could return them to Home Depot for a return of the $43.13. I am also missing 3 concrete wall block stones that were in my back yard. He is not an honest man and no one should use him.

He was on time with the project delivery at a reasonable price.

He stained the stairs and it was awful.  You could see the previous owners' paint spots.  I let him know I was not satisfied, and he said he would do it again by hand.  He said he could fix these issues and some other things with the stairs, and charged me another $175.  He came to do work over the weekend, and said it would take 24 hours for everything to dry.  I left the house on Friday, and came back on Monday evening, and the stairs were still sticky and wet from the staining.  Upstairs, he had left the box to a new sander in a bedroom, not even cleaning up.He left quite the mess and I would not wish this service upon anyone else.

Completed in 4 hours. Job was well done.
